United States – Orders under USD $800 arrive duty-free, so no surprise customs charges.
United Kingdom & European Union – Local VAT may apply. We do our best to collect this at checkout so your parcel arrives smoothly, but sometimes your local courier may collect it at delivery.
Rest of World – Local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
International orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon reaching its country of destination. You will be responsible for paying all customs and import duties and acknowledge that failure to pay may result in your order being held at customs. We will not be liable for any costs you may incur in having your order released from customs, including reimbursing you for any customs or import duties you may pay.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in original condition
- with tags (returned in the swing tag envelope)
- free from marks, odours or damage
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue either:
- a refund to your original payment method, or
- store credit gift card/exchange where applicable
Please note:
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale or promotional items may be eligible for store credit or exchange only unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the highly unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@babytoddandco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue where possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
EU Refund & Returns Policy: EU consumer law provides customers a 14-day right of withdrawal — this protection allows the return any online purchase within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund inc. shipping cost.
Once items are received back by us, please allow up to 7 days for our processing. The speed of your refund may be further impacted by your own banking institution processes.
